Im not sure Im buying the cost & time needed for this. Mine was completely done in 1 day for under $1100 (color match Line-X). I would definitely call around to other dealers in the area before going any further.

To be fair, my Line-X dealer did say not to get in the bed and just leave the tailgate down for 24 hours to let everything cure on the 2nd day.

Overall it is a great investment and Im glad I went with Line-X

I was going to get the regular black premium, but this has me thinking...I like how that looks. Mo money, mo money, mo money. Man, I gotta stay off of this site.

My local LINEX guy said it’s a 3 day process:

Day 1: Power wash and dry
Day 2: Premium (no fade) bed liner = $725 and Rustproofing / Undercoating (no drilled holes) = $900
Day 3: Cure + clean up / detail

$1625 total

is that roughly what they are charging in your area ?

I’ve never had LINEX before …
That's the price I am paying for the premium bed liner, don't think it is too far out there.

For the rustproofing, they apply an anti-corrosion spray wax inside vehicle frame, fenders, doors, and more.

For under body protection, they apply a quality asphalt-based anti-corrosion coating designed to withstand the impact of road debris.
Some of the Linex dealers use Krown, which lasts for about a year I think, and then needs to be reapplied.

I did the Platinum and was around $950 and completed within a day. I had them install a Stealth tonneau cover as well (made by Bak but comes with a lifetime warranty from Line-X) which was right around a grand.

I haven't had it done yet but I'm being told $700 for Premium and that all Line-x dealers are the same. I'm also being told that materials are scarce and I can only schedule 2 months out.

I ran into the same issue a month ago. Closest shop was waiting on more material and had to put me on a wait list. I decided to call another shop that was a little further away, expecting to hear the same issue but surprisingly they had material on-hand and I was able to have the bed coated the next day.

My Line-x (standard) for my Ranger was $499. My previous truck F-150 was very similar price 7yrs ago. Located in NE.

That's what I was quoted also further west. Unfortunately, they didn't get back to me for a couple weeks by email and I already had Rhino installed by then for $399. I've had both and they've both treated me right.

$550 for the standard. Took a couple hours to do it then let it cure for 24 hrs. I went with the standard since it would hold up to anything I do and I wasn't worried about fading since I have a cover. I have to say though, after seeing GregP's color matched one, I kind of wish I'd gone that route.

A bump for my pricing in the Florida Panhandle, 590 for regular and 675 for premium, I went up from about 525 for regular 625 premium that I got quoted a few months ago (should have not delayed for no reason)

Had my work truck bedlined last week. Line-X Premium the no fade one. color matched white 8' bed for $635 in MT. If you can I would shop around that seems steep minus the undercoating.

The color match looks great, I haven't seen too many trucks with it

havent even ordered my truck yet but ive already got a quote from my local linex. 575 for standard and 700 for premium. ive used linex on the 3 trucks ive owned and have always been happy with it. might consider the factory liner unless i get negative opinions of it

Check out BulletLiner. It was started by the guy that started LineX after he sold the company. Anyway I paid $575 for what is equivalent to LineX's Premium.

FWIW, my 01 Dakota had LineX on it for 20 years. It held up we'll be did fade. The UV protection in BulletLiner and LineX Premium is supposed to prevent that.
