Well, when I was a fleet manager and ordered over 300+ vehicles "not FORD" direct from the factory and they were shipping all over the US there were 4 recalls/TSBs that had to be applied as soon as they arrived at the dealers due to software and transmission issues. It happens.
That makes sense. In my case, the dealer I bought it from ordered it, got it in February/March, and had 30 miles on it (very few test drives) by August. They had applied one of the TSBs for the rear seat latch already, which is still hard to close. Lol. I'm baffled how a critical PCM update was never applied and how it rolled off the lot without it.

Loose connector on the Throttle Body? Random drops in throttle voltage have been known to cause limp mode suddenly on many vehicles.

TSBs are performed if the symptoms dictate it for a warranty return. The dealers generally don't just apply every TSB that is on a particular vehicle, if there are no symptoms.
