The short version of this story is I have a pair of these on the back of my Ranger and it says it provides 0 - 1.5' lift.

I need to access that 1.5' bit of lift and do not know how.

Help?

The long version of this story is dumb.

I ordered the Fox Stage 1 kit for my 2020 Ford Ranger FX4. The fronts were delivered fast, but the rears immediately got put on indefinite backorder and I got stuck with a half-order. Vendor refunded me the cost of the rears so I could source them elsewhere (that was my ask) but turns out EVERYONE had the FOX rears on indefinite backorder. Great. Now what. I got fronts and no rears.

So I ordered 2x of the ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir Rear Shock (0-1.5" Lift).

Great I think. Fox in the front. Icon in the rear. Neither the FOX or the ICON raise the rear in the back, this should be fine.

My problem is that's not entirely true. The FOX fronts put the truck about 3/4 of an inch HIGHER than the ICON rears. The front of my truck is now slightly taller than the rear. It drives me nuts.

I like the ICON shocks a great deal but boy I wish I hadn't had to break that FOX Stage 1 kit up. P sure I wouldn't be having to ask this here and now. Well here I am and there's no going back.

No, I don't want to lower my front if it can be avoided.

Any input mighty welcome.

I have a pair of rear Fox shocks that are 2” longer than stock if interested but to level the rear with the front you need blocks under the springs.

As kieefer stated the springs are holding up the truck. The shocks are just controlling the suspension movement.

Ah. So the rear shocks will handle another 1.5 inches of lift, but the lift has to come from blocks in the rear. Got it. Thanks.
