My goal was to improve all around performance on my FX4, without impacting mileage and daily drivability, as well as keeping it stock looking enough that the average person wouldn't notice. It got Eibach Pro-Truck shocks and struts. Just went with the 3/4 inch lift on the front. Very noticeable improvement over the FX4 parts on fire roads and potholes. Improved the handling a good bit. Added the grill (Ford PN) just because I liked it and Diode Dynamics driving light kit for Rangers to help see the wild life that wonder every where. Deer, coyote, bobcats and javelinas with the occasional bear or mountain lion as well. Thanks to a wheel weight destroying one of my mostly worn OEM Hankooks, I had 4 new Continental Terrain Contact AT's in 265/70x17 put on. About 1/2" wider than stock and a good inch taller. Never heard of the category but they are on road all terrains. Puts them between all season and AT. Seems quiet so far and feels a little smoother on rough pavement. Very happy with the way it turned out.

OP walks in a bar Ranger5G forum with a new set of wheels and tires and...leaves with a $10,000 $20,000 wish list... ?

Nice toys! I meant new to the forum not modding/buying things. So many will say "I'm done" or "Last mod" when most times it's not the case. Little did they know we're pretty good at spending other peoples money. lol

Many of us have been playing it a long time too. It's fun and expensive but once it's in your blood it's there forever.

Now I feel old! Drove my son home in it from the hospital when he was born....and he is 43!
Tell me about it! Before we moved a few months ago I was going through some old photos and found some of my Godsons Christening where I was holding him. I talked to my buddy a little while back and his son (my Godson) is now 42, married with kids of their own. We lost touch with each other when I moved away 12 years ago but man, time goes by way to fast!
