I have not tried it, but this company sells one plug and play option another member shared on here. Plug and Play Kits

This is the one I (and many others on here) used. Between it and the Kicker's harness, there's enough slack to have it mounted in the empty space above the glove compartment without adding more wire.

Is it really that simple? $360 click in the harness and boom, Amp added? I want to do a speaker/amp upgrade but didn't want to splice and punch power through the firewall.

Well Joe, I am right in the middle of installing an amp and speakers. Replaced the speakers, front and rear without trouble (nice improvement). First door takes a while, but the second door goes a lot faster.
I bought the Kicker 200.4 and the harness from Amazon. Think I am going to mount it under the passengers seat so I picked up some speedwire.
Don't believe you can avoid penetrating the firewall.

Question for those that have done this already. Yellow wire in the harness? Necessary, or cap off?
Also, has anyone run the wires thru the center console?
