just received my suspension kit

I just received my EIBACH pro suspension 2.0 kit. I hope some time next week when the weather gets better I can install it. my son is a mechanic and will help me and do alinement after we are done. if anyone who has installed this or a similar kit has some advice?

A lot of people had the half shafts pop out during installs. See this thread for some of the discussion https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/rough-county-install-popped-out-cv-half-shaft.7494/. Search around for various ways to do the install and avoid the problem.

The best thing you can do to avoid this is simply revmove the CV axle nut and then removr the CV axle from the knuckle. I did that and did not have an issue

Just a nuts and bolts job on these vehicles... remove what gets in the way (being especially mindful of wiring), put it back when you have the new suspension components in.

Well, it's in and tomorrow I take it to my son to ensure the ride height and alignment. I still had the CV joint pop out on the passenger side. was a bear but got it back in. I will take pictures to show the final product.

Sorry for the late pictures. Been a busy week, volunteer firefighters have no rest. My son did a great job of making sure the ride height was good and the front leveled out. He insured the alignment was correct as well. she drives great. leaving for Florida next week. we will see how she does on a long trip now.

Just got back from a 2000+ mile trip to Tampa Florida. no issues and even the wife says it rides better. I would like to thank all that advised me not to buy a set of FX4 shocks.
