Received my springs today. I noticed one of the plastic retainers is broken (see pic). It doesn’t seem like it would affect much and maybe I can epoxy it together. There was what I’m guessing a small pin formed into the plastic to keep it in place and that seems to be missing. Anything I should worry about or will this not really affect anything?

I think one of mine was like that but I didn't do anything about it. No problems and it's been over 4 weeks.

Appreciate it. Yeah I don’t think it should affect anything. Excited to get these installed.

Hi Shane,

These clips are to prevent spring splay. Once installed, it is likely not an issue. If you like, put a large "hose clamp" (we call then tangential screw clamps) aroung the plastic.

Best,
Phil
