I love it when Dave and Annie go on vacation. It sure makes my job a lot easier. It’s a good thing (or maybe not) that Dave sent me pictures of their house. It‘s always hard to find places in new subdivisions - no street signs, no mailboxes, no house numbers. But, I finally got here and it seems like a nice place. Right now, I’m just sittin’ out front, waitin’ for @Blue Streak to show up. We have a lot of work to do to get this place ready for when Dave and Annie get back!

Larry - where you at?

IMG_9966.webp

Ah, looks like Larry was here all along. How’d he get in the garage? Dave must still be using 1-2-3-4 as his passcode, just like in Goodyear. Rookie mistake.

If I can’t find his fob, that thing’s just gonna be in the way. I told Dave he should have taken his truck on vacation but, oh no, he had some strange desire to rent a Prius or some other weird eco-friendly, taco-type car. I guess I’ll figure something out. ;)
PARTY TIME YET ?????? Let me know....I can haul a lot of ice and beer in the Expedition with room left over for chips !!!!!

Thanks Steve! I’ll keep you on speed dial. We were going to use the Tremor for that but it was really dusty from sitting in the garage for so long.

Larry took it to get it cleaned up, said he saw an ad for one nearby that was bragging about “Most Rollers!” “Stiffest Bristles!”

He told me not to worry, that it will look great when he brings it back because he said he would run it through a two or three times, just to make sure.

Man, Dave sure is lucky to have a guy like Larry looking out for him.

Oh shoot... was I supposed to park in the driveway? Gimme a minute - I need to go move out of the back yard!
Way to go Adam. The entire backyard is the drain field for their septic system. It hasn’t been properly compacted yet and now you’re just going to do a shitty job whenever you park your Ranger.

Speaking of shitty jobs…Larry texted me from the car wash and said he thinks there’s something wrong with the finish on Dave’s Tremor. He said it was looking pretty dull, even after three trips through all those brushes.

Said it was a bit chalky - sent me this pic…

I told him it’s likely just water spots because he was being cheap. I told him he should run it through a couple more times, and this time, pay the extra dollar for the spot free rinse.

Well, Larry brought the Tremor back from the car wash and that’s what I thought at first but it’s definitely from the car wash. Seems to have gone right through the clear coat and a good part of the Oxford White paint. Maybe we should have gone with “touchless”. Anyway, what’s done is done.

It’s going to take a lot of 303 Graphene Detail Spray to bring it back to life. It’s a good thing Dave has that awesome hook-up from Gold Eagle. We found this in his garage…

Explains a lot, doesn’t it?

That's all commission from sales here on R5G.

Now one thing you forgot (because only you and a handful have known all along) is that I sold the house and the new owners are going to be shocked when they get back tonight. o_O:shock: Hope you brought some of that Duke's 404 stale oil along with you to clean up because you're going to need it.

PS...There's cameras all around inside and out so make sure to cover your faces because R5G is going to be very quiet with all of you locked up in an Arkansas jail. 😷👮‍♂️🚔

That explains the strange waypoints in the Tremor’s nav system. They were in a sub folder called: “Favorite AR Off-road Trails”. After we shined up the truck, Larry and I visited them all and we even took pictures.

Let this be a reminder for everyone else on here. Under NO circumstances do you ever let Duke know remotely where you live! He's like a Bloodhound and will track you down and find out exactly where you live. 🐶 :bandit:

Duke don't worry about water getting to the drain field. I fixed it from the inside.:like:
