Is Extended Warranty Worth It (even at $25 over dealer cost)?

I went with Granger for the 100k / 100 deductible for my 2021 Tremor. I think it's worth it. I paid in installments.

I've had to use an extended warranty before for electronics and saved money. I'm also not a mechanic. I depend on this car as my daily driver. So if something goes wrong, I want to know I have a good chance on coverage and can get the dealer to work on it.

When I bought my Ranger, I went with the highest level because it covered leds and the Lariat equipment.

I work PT @ a Ford dealership in service. We see few Ranger in for repairs. My 2018 Edge @ 110K has seen 14 K in repairs...trans....engine ++. I purchased my ESP warranty @ Granger Ford online.

I went with Premium. It was a minimal difference vs just making sure everything was covered. Like I said, I'm not a mechanic, so you may be better equipped to handled things than me. I just knew I didn't want to get in over my head on trying to fix things myself.

Ended up opting for PremiumCare through Flood Ford. 10 Yr/125k miles with $50 deductible. Added the Lighting coverage.
