Inversion Table. Who Has one?

Be very sure to set your balance point correctly. It is important. When you have it right, it takes minor effort to move in either direction.

Yeah that took some time to adjust it perfectly. I set it to my height but it wouldn't move freely at all. After about 4 adjustments I got it to where your arms control every movement forward and backwards with just a slight motion.
