Yeah thats about what I noticed for the temps, but Ill try to watch more closely next time and make sure that lines up.
I'll try to upload these in order.

Before I turned the truck on, first start, cruising to operating temp, a 5-90mph pull in sport mode to show the increase in temp, then back to a cruise a couple minutes later.

Nice, I think that data makes sense for IAT2 to be the manifold temp. Looking at some of the service manuals it seems there is an temp sensor in the airbox, a sensor on the side of the inter-cooler (either pressure or temp/pressure) and then a MAPT (pressure and temp) sensor on the intake manifold.

Here what I had gotten yesterday. Ill also try to put them in order. Should be: Truck off, shortly after start, then maybe a minute or two later, then maybe 7-10 min of cruising.

@OxyGenIII Didd a quick graph of a couple of the temp sensors. You can see when I step on the gas a bit that the IAT2 dips down a decent amount more than the intake temp. I think this make sense for a post intercooler sensor.
