i have eibachs out back, and probably will be doing icon leafs this summer.I have Icon bump stops...their main purpose is to compliment, allow for more travel when combined with a shock and leaf spring upgrade..
When removing the stock frame mount cup bolt , a little heat and breaker bar may be required. The factory Loctite is equivalent to the red

Hmm i broke the bottom 13mm bolt head off bolt but top nut and remaining thread one still frozen on frame?MoodyBlue; You are not the first one to break one....I had to use a breaker bar incorporating a back and forth technique I have learned on my job fixing equipment in the field.... small incremental turns in both directions. Took me about 30 back and forths before I reached one complete turn..
There was another thread on this very subject...it gave me the heads up to be carefull...it was not welded..
.
2019 - yes the bump stop slipped out easy- was trying to take bolt out to install Timbren SES bump stop and bolt snapped - i figure the top nut is spot welded to frame - easy job turned into a painwhat year are both your trucks? mine popped out pretty easy, and the nut was captive.
