I have been meaning to do this for a couple weeks, but this forum helped me fix a customer's vehicle recently. I work at one of the big auto parts stores and had a customer come in with a battery light on. Lady with a 2020 Explorer and I'm about to go through all our tests when she tells me her husband put a battery in the day before. I remember reading on here about the reset procedure and I ask if he reset the battery module. She had no clue what I was talking about and was sure her husband was just as clueless. So I look up the procedure for her truck and perform the reset.

So a big shout-out to everyone for helpful tips that I've been able to pass along to others.
