I have pre collision assist menu but no radar in lower grill

Yes, you do. The lower radar is for Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). Accelerate towards a stopped vehicle - your Ranger will screech and chime like mad, your dash will light up with warnings, and you’ll be so busy trying to figure out what’s going on, you just might forget to brake.

From the outside, look at the rear view mirror, you should see the camera there for the pre-collision system.
