Where I work the business park we’re in also has the biggest growing house on the East Coast. It’s about 10k sq ft building. The places security is better than the Federal Reserve building in downtown Boston. Just about daily another crop gets harvested and put into the massive drying rooms. The whole business park smells of weed. Today it’s skunk weed, tomorrow might be pineapple! ?
And here we are worried about car emissions and cow farts.
Wasn't there some kind of scented oil or flavored papers that you could use to make it smell better or mask the odor?
Not sure as I never used.

No, brother.
Joe has no money because SHE has it all.
Come on guys!

Don't you believe that true love exists any more?

Like the fairy tale wedding of this 27 year old stripper and her 89 year old husband.

Anna-Nicole-husband.jpg

They fell in love because they had so much in common:

She loved money and he had it.

And in a bit of good endings, even though Anna Nicole Smith fought tooth and nail to snag his fortune after he passed, she got nothing besides a lot of notoriety which she did cash in on.

Joe's life expectancy is 77 years. That leaves 13 years. Monthly expenditure is roughly 10k with 7% inflation (averaged, current is way up) plus Joe's expenditure of ~2k. That makes Joe's bare minimum to 4,511,229$.

You didn’t understand the assignment! This is commoncore math. So it’s X 2.

Class dismissed
