Does anybody know what these holes are for in-between the 12 volt outlets below the a/c controls? I want to mount my gmrs radio with zip ties through these holes but I don't want to interfer with vents (If they are vents)

I may be not 100 percent correct here, but I believe that is the location of the cabin temperature probe for the auto climate control.
If you were to place a heated object there, the cabin temperature will receive false readings and become inaccurate.

It makes sense to me. I figured those holes had to have some purpose.

No, the temperature probe is next to the driver’s right knee. I think the holes just give some ventilation to the stereo/electronics in the console.
