Hi Sa,Good day sir
I replaced all 4 tires after dealer road forced balanced and stated one tire was n/g and vibration still evident, mostly @ 30-35 mph & 65 -70. I believe the driveshaft is the issue. Is there any truth that shimming the center support bearing will rid the vehicle of the shaking?
Thanks
There have been some success with shiming the center bearing, but in most cases this does not help. I detailed a process with using two hose clamps on the driveshaft near the rear axle pinion.
Some folks found disconnecting at the rear axle pinion and reinstalling 180° worked...maybe worth a shot.
