Yeah, hi James. Ahhhh, we have sort of of a problem here. You apparently put one of the tailgate dampers on your Ranger. Mmmm, yeah, you see, we’re taking the tailgate dampers off all the Rangers now before they go out.

Yeah, so, if you could just go ahead and make sure to remove that tailgate damper, that’d be great. And uh, I’ll go ahead and make sure you get another copy of that memo.
