Greetings!
Newbie here, proud owner of a new '21 Lariat, Carbonized Grey. Just recently traded my '18 Titan and wanted to downsize to a Midsize and so here I am.
First and foremost this is a really good forum full of valuable information and all around good people. Thank you for that. I've learned a lot about these Rangers here. Invaluable info IMO.

Things Ive done to the truck so far:
Bilstein 4600's front and rear
Flowmaster FX cat-back, added an after market resonator too
Cheapie Amazon chrome exhaust tip
Maxmate Nerf Bars running boards- stainless to try and keep with the chrome on the truck
Truxedo Truxport bed cover (had one on my Nissan, really liked it)
Pedal Commander ( I know, its not a Tune, but again I had one on my previous truck and really liked it)

My only gripes with my Ranger, so far:
I got the take-off from a stop shudder, and the tranny seems a little wierd, but I'll hang in there for now probably try and get it to the dealer in a couple weeks. I only have under 2k miles thus far, I got a short commute to work, and I bought the Ranger last October.
Have a good day!

Hi Mike,

Yep! Been lurking here eh? Welcome! I agree, great forums and good folks. Your Ranger has a heritage of being Ford Tough and I hope this truck delivers smiles to the gallon reliably!

Best,
Phil

Officially welcome! I'd say nice looking truck, but their all nice looking. I went with lighting blue for my '19 XLT, I see way too many black and grey trucks around my area.

Hold on to your wallet cause your just getting started with the mods. As far as the transmission give it some time to get through its learning cycle and remember it is a ten speed so its not like any other automatic you've had before. Maybe have them check the fluid level when you go in for the start up shudder. Hopefully the TSB will fix it for you.

Welcome @MikeyB

Thank you for joining the forums and introducing yourself and congrats on your Ranger!

These trucks look great and love seeing everyone's post when they pick up their own.

We hope you are enjoying your new Ranger as well as the forums and we hope you stick around.
