I guess to be fair, the Line Tech just puts the parts on as they are delivered to them. They have less than a minute to get the job done before the next Bronco comes down the line. So just grabbing, and installing doesn't give them much time to see the difference in the tail lights. Same for all the other part installed on the line. But I would guess some parts are more distinguishable than others.

You'd think somewhere along the line when the lights are being tested someone was standing in the rear and would notice two different taillights. lol :inspect:?

Valid point but I can back it up with actually seeing stuff similar and worse to this when I worked for ford from 2016-2017. The Bronco is a train wreck that was pushed out to the public too fast.

Don’t believe everything you see on TIC TOK.

You're right bud. I can only guess QA was asleep when that one came through. They certainly don't have the same caliber of QA dept. I had in my second job. Those folks were dead on the job 100% of the time. They didn't let nothing by them.

We had an idiot stop his machine, and wrap a note in one pack of Marlboro's (the machine would make 375 packs a minute). QA caught that one pack, and I didn't think I was going to get his job back. He never did that again. :)

The lines don't move that fast, all the production videos I've seen show a moderately slow line, nobodies scrambling around.. And with covid/part supply issues, I'm sure it's even slower.

That said, Production work gets mundane so I can see someone spacing out and not looking at the taillight, or someone head of the line supplying the wrong part.

I’m starting to wonder if some clown did this at the dealer for clicks and some attention. I can’t see this leaving the plant like this.
Really, check out the 2020 Shelby GT500's as they went out of Flat Rock, there are multiple records of misfits, parts installed wrong, supercharger plumbing pinched, cam tensioners installed wrong, ect. Threads dedicated to Issues. That is why I traded mine in after 10 months, never knew what was next. Picture is in case people thought I'm FOS.

New troops in the military don’t even make that much. I’ll be damned if a burger flipper does.
I always felt like Minimum Wage should be set by the military. What ever they make, citizens make. Don't like it? Then up the military pay.

My grandmother bought a new Granada in 1978. Badge on driver's side said Granada, on the passenger side, Monarch, which was the Mercury version.
Not as noticeable as taillights though.
