Front Air Dam Removal

I was just wondering what bolts have to be taken out to remove the air dam. Are they the 5 bolts that are at the bottom of the valance? Also, do you have to remove the valance to remove the air dam. Thank you for the help!

If I remember correctly when I pulled mine off it is 5 bolts plus a couple clips on each end. Super easy
