After you painted them and put them back on did you use another piece of 3m tape or do the clips hold it just fine?

I was just wondering what bolts have to be taken out to remove the air dam. Are they the 5 bolts that are at the bottom of the valance? Also, do you have to remove the valance to remove the air dam. Thank you for the help!
