Its been 3+ years, but I seem to remember boost was an available gauge. I really don't think I ever messed with the Xgauge stuff.

had to go thru x gauge on mine FOR BOOST , at 4.o6 version of software, used this
TXD : 686AF1010B

RFX: 0441850B0000

RDX: 2808

MTH: 00910064XXXX

ON THE XXXX USE 0000 TO START

To determine what value to input into the XXXX field you will need to follow 4 steps.

Step 1: Input 0000 into the XXXX portion of the MTH field.

Step 2: View the value displayed by the BST gauge with the key on, but engine off.

Step 3: Find the value that matches your recorded value on the table below.

Step 4: Replace the last 4 0’s in the MTH with the XXXX value that corresponds to your key on / engine off reading.

If you follow those steps correctly, then BST should read 0.0 with key on / engine off. If it does, then your boost gauge is properly calibrated and reading correctly.

Note: Changes in altitude can affect the accuracy of the boost reading slightly, so be sure to

check the BST reading with key on / engine off every so often and recalibrate it as needed.

So I did find it in the default option using the steps provided from the company, listed below. I am wondering what you guys see for boost? I think it may be off? I can sometimes see 24PSI but thought these engines maxed at 18PSI? I also increased the refresh rate to "fast" over the default "normal"/

They said I should not need to calibrate it, that is for the Ford diesels. It does read 0 when the engine is off w/key on.

Here are the steps:
The vehicle uses a Manifold-Absolute-Pressure (MAP) sensor to control everything related to boost. If your vehicle reports MAP then you will be able to receive boost readings. Both the ScanGauge2 and ScanGauge3 will report both manifold-absolute-pressure(MAP) and boost(BST) if you vehicle reports MAP. How the boost is reported for the ScanGauge unit is different.

For the ScanGauge2 if the MAP gauge is given a reading then there is a MAPorBOOST setting in the Advance setting section that you will need to switch to get the BST gauge reading.
MAPorBOOST Setting
  1. Start at the home screen "Scan, Gauge, Trip, More"
  2. Press More
  3. Press Set Up
  4. Press the upper left button till you see ADV Setting
  5. Press Edit
  6. Press the top right button till you see MAPorBOOST
  7. Change it from MAP to BOOST
  8. Press the button with the red circle
  9. Press Gauge
  10. Press one of the gauge button till BST pops up
For the ScanGauge3 the gauge will appear in the Standard tab of the gauge selection screen.
Boost for a Gauge
  1. Start at the home screen "Scan, Gauge, Trip, More"
  2. Press Gauge
  3. Press a gauge you wish to change
  4. Press the Standard tab at the top
  5. Select Boost
  6. Press Select
