I got the 1" kit in the mail but as I hold the spacer up to the strut-Is there enough bolt there to go all the way through the top nut? If anyone knows thank you.

There should be. I have the OME struts up front, which reuses the OE top hat, and I have 1" strut spacers on top without any issues.

How thick is it.Less than a 1/2 inch should be ok?You may need different nuts for the top three to grab more of the threads.

There is plenty of thread there. I have had them on since the truck was new. A little Blue thread lock if it still makes you a bit nervous.

Not sure if this is helpful, because it doesn’t quite answer your question… Although it does in the very end because I’ve never heard this problem, yet I have seen many with the 1 inch height via spacer

But just to give you an idea on why it might look shorter than it should be :
So I guess it’s a 2:1 ratio of extra height compared to spacer height

So mine I think measures around 1 inch, but gives me the 2 inches of height

Yours I’m assuming measures around a half inch or so and you’ll get that 1 inch of extra height.

Thinking about it though, it does make me wonder about clearance for bolts. But this is the first time I’ve heard of it and many people have the kit for the 1 inch.
