If this is missing it should be under warranty. Take your truck to the dealer and have them replace it.

Very likely the dealer will report that leaf spring will need to be replaced since this part is not listed on its own. If for some reason they deny it you can probably get lucky at a late model wrecking yard and pull one off another Ranger. Probably cost you $5 at best for the rubber bumper plug.
