Hey everyone, im trying to get my Ford Performance tune setup and I am having trouble.
I just downloaded the stock tune to the procal device and I am now trying to get the performance tune. When it prompts me to login to ford performance to get the performance tune, I enter all of my information and voucher ID and I get the following error message:
“Calibration not found (Err 1). Contact your dealer.”
Anybody run into this before or know what to do? Thank you.
