Yup, that's the one. I just flipped mine upside down where the nub sat in the one of the holes on the pad. Then I used a spacer on the bolt holding the spring pack together so the head still sat in the recessed spot. No grinding needed.

Figured I share the end result. Here is the trick with OME lift and new tires, with and without trailer. (Note- I forgot to add the front spacers, so the front could have been a smidge higher).
