Ford Order Tracking?

I‘m having issues w the ford vehicle order tracking page recognizing my order number/VIN. It populated the data from my email into the entry fields but all I get is this message: We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.

I’ve tried diff browsers, phone, tablet, pc. Entered in the data manually. Nada. I have the truck set up in FordPass with the VIN, so that’s valid.

The fortunate news is the build date got moved up 2 weeks, yay!

I'm having the same issue. Have a date of 1/3/22 and still can't seem to get the tracking site to recognize the VIN as valid. It worked initially when Ford sent me the email with the info on it.

I was having the same issue for the past several weeks. Checked this morning and it worked, was even updated to show in production (was scheduled for 1/3 so that's good news). The only thing I did different was long hold click on the link and have it open directly in a browser. This was on my phone using the Gmail app and opening in the chrome app. Others have mentioned clearing your cache and cookies can help fix the issue.

Thanks. I have seen the schedule pic from the other thread but dont really understand how those dates work.
On each of those weeks do they set certain trucks up by que then schedule them?

I’m sure there’s some method to it. But I don’t have a clue as to how it works. Maybe somebody on here has more info. Easier for me to equate it to a Ouija board. They are scheduling for a bunch of weeks tomorrow so good luck

I received the confirmation email same day as the order, it did take a month for the schedule and VIN email to come in.
