I‘m having issues w the ford vehicle order tracking page recognizing my order number/VIN. It populated the data from my email into the entry fields but all I get is this message: We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.
I’ve tried diff browsers, phone, tablet, pc. Entered in the data manually. Nada. I have the truck set up in FordPass with the VIN, so that’s valid.
The fortunate news is the build date got moved up 2 weeks, yay!
