Im hearing a 25% capacity on initial startup and full production estimated mid to late June if our case numbers dont begin increasing. The 18th is doable, but there are work related union issues and supplier part ramp up to support production that have to occur prior to the 18th so maybe other states but Michigan and the Ranger Plant are still very problematic to open. I hope Ford can pull the rabbit out of the hat on the Michigan Governor. My contacts indicate that the initial line speed will be extremely slow when the plant starts back and the ramp up to full production is still TBD.

Of course there are about a bazillion factors that could change all of this and cause substantial delays. One of the biggest ones is our governor. Our executive order expires in 10 days and nobody knows if she will try to extend it.
Lake Orion pretty much said they are done with this mess and are allowing businesses to open, regardless of the EO. More cities will begin to follow very soon which will force her hand a bit.
Edit: Just got an email from FCA. They will be opening all plants except Belvidere (Jeep Cherokee) May 18th and 19th. Belvidere is delayed until June 1st.
Ford will likely notify us tomorrow and do the 18th as well.
