Ford Michigan Plant - Reopening when???

Anybody know when Ford is planning to reopen the plant and begin building Rangers?
I have a Lariat Supercab on order.
Been waiting a LONG TIME!
Started this process over a year ago. Wanted to pay off my current car first before starting a new payment.
Was advised to wait until Presidents day to order as there are normally some great deals on that weekend.
So that is what I did.....
Not long after that all this coronavirus stuff started.
The dealers web site still shows my truck will be build the last week of May after beginning rescheduled twice from April 6th and then to May 10 and now the last week of May.
There is a months worth of trucks ahead of me. Last week of May doesn't seem likely now.

"We are continuing to assess public health conditions, government guidelines and supplier readiness to determine when the time is right to resume production," a Ford spokeswoman said in an email.

I'm not hopeful. There are still several hundred people a day dying in Michigan. Our crazy governor has the state locked down and we only have one or two people a day dying and they are all in nursing homes. I expect people in their 70's, 80's and 90's dying in nursing homes is fairly routine, corona virus or not.

Oh yeah. I did. I have been shopping for this truck for over a year. Supercabs are hard to come by and Lariats with what I want has been all but impossible to find.
So I ordered over Presidents Birthday Weekend.
Here I wait.........................

The 18th is doable, but there are work related union issues and supplier part ramp up to support production that have to occur prior to the 18th so maybe other states but Michigan and the Ranger Plant are still very problematic to open. I hope Ford can pull the rabbit out of the hat on the Michigan Governor. My contacts indicate that the initial line speed will be extremely slow when the plant starts back and the ramp up to full production is still TBD.

Yeah all good valid points.
Honestly I am not expecting my truck to be built and delivered until late July or possibly August.

At this point I would not be surprised if the wait is even longer than that.

Did you get a good buy? Were there added savings on President's Day?

I'm planning to order this month, possibly Memorial Day for same reason. XLT, SuperCab, 302a, Iconic silver/Ebony, Tow pkg, Electronic lock Differential. Savings seem to be in $5000 to $6000 with Military.

Yes I believe so.
On the day I ordered I had $4250 in discounts and rebates plus X-Plan pricing. That with Ford Credit 2.9 financing.
So far I don't see a better deal.
I see 0.0% financing plus $1000 plus $1500

Dealer told me I couldn't use Xplan with the other incentives.
