So I used my Ford points to buy 2 swing case toolboxes and had them delivered to my house. One of the tool boxes arrived damaged. I called Ford Accessories and they had me FedEx the toolbox back and they would reimburse me points/cash. My fedex tracking number says the return was delivered on January 30 but I don't have any confirmation that it has been processed nor have my points been reimbursed nor any debit made to my CC card i used for the purchase.
I called late last week and the person said it could take 30 days for me to get my refund.
Anyone else have similar experience? I mean, 30 days just seems ridiculous. They just have to open the box and scan the RMA sheet that's in the box.
