ordered a 2021 ranger . how long till i get vin # then how long till truck hit dealership. first ranger driving ford pick up 42 years started with f250 then 2 f350s then 2 f150s now ranger cant wait ordered it in cactus sight un seen 1 on the ground at dealer last week will look good with slight lift and wheels n tires. so if any one can help with my questions please do and thank for reading dave

Welcome! Honestly I think delivery times differ for everyone so you'll have to hit up your dealer for that info.

Cactus Grey looks like a cool color for 2021. Lots of people coming from bigger trucks, looking for something more reasonable sized.

Welcome! I'm not sure how long until you get a Vin# but usually after it's been built it's roughly 6 weeks or so to the dealer. I posted a few pictures and a video in this thread here of the Ranger in CG.

I ordered my 2020 on Sept. 1, and got the VIN quicker than I thought. The truck didn't follow that quickly though. It arrived at the dealer on Dec. 6th. Keep in mind that they are still dealer with this China virus crap, and still dabbling with test running Bronco's. I'm sure that's what help hold mine up. With respect to the late Tom Petty, "The waiting is the hardest part".

Seems three months is about standard for delivery (maybe different on 2021's). That's what I was quoted when I was going to order but fortunately my dealer had one with everything I wanted in stock.

Buy a damper for your tailgate. AZScorpion will show you how. My 95# GSD is so appreciative of me not dropping the tailgate on his head anymore! Imagine if it was a grandchild..........
