Hi all. My truck has a gap that gets thinner between the hood as it goes back on the driver’s side. This gap is even on the passenger side.

I’ve read a few threads where people bump the fenders out laterally by loosening the bolts under the hood, however, I don’t think that’s my issue here. The actual bolts on the hood hinges don’t really seem to have and adjustment either.

Has anybody dealt with this and fixed it?

Hi 10T,

Raise the bumper pad at the left front a turn or two and see how much difference it makes..

best,
Phil

Mine looks better, BUT I do have a drivers door sag issue which will be addressed in a few weeks at the dealership. The bottom picture is with the door slightly ajar, the door striker rubs moving the door slightly up when closed.
