I will be putting on a nice exhaust tip and leaving it at that. Anyone else thinking same way? Can you post pictures of your replaced exhaust tips and call out the manufacturer and model?
I totally agree.

And thanks to the folks that posted videos here... in every case, the aftermarket exhaust sounds worse than the stock factory set-up.

As for exhaust tips... best one I have seen is what joeb427, member here on Ranger5g, put on his truck. It is a Go Rhino Black Powder Coated Exhaust Tip.

EDIT: Looks like HenryMac beat me to the punch. Below is a pic of the same tip I installed on my truck.

@pa-fatboy I agree with you. I am not a fan of what I have heard so far via clips/videos. From what I have heard it gives the truck that 4-cylinder tuner car sound. I have no issues against the sound itself but it doesn't "feel" right on a truck to me....even though I know the truck is a turbo 4. If that makes any sense. :) To each their own.

I just went with a matte black tip (recommended and installed by a few others on the board) and painted the visible exhaust piping with hi temp paint to match. It works for me.
