Exhaust options and sound

Well, looks like MagnaFlow has this video up. Been up for a month, so maybe old news. But, looks like it may be the Icon Vehicle Dynamics Ranger wearing this set of MF pipes. For a 4-banger, that's not bad! All in personal taste, though.



I have the Ford Performance exhaust on order with my Lariat (ETA 6/6), so I'm really curious to see what the Borla sounds like w/ the dual outs.

Hi Folks,

Back story. 1996 F150, Totally new vehicle. As a cost measure the exhaust exited in front of the right rear wheel. Turned into a major warranty headache as the reports started coming in that the right rear wheels were turning green. Seems parts of the country and the fuel they run was the problem. The fix was to redo the exhaust to exit behind the rear wheel. Did we save cost...Nope, cost of the redesign and retrofiit far outweighed the cost cutting. Penny wise and pound foolish.

Gentlemen: I like the looks and sounds of some of the so-called "performance" exhaust systems out there, and I am particularly interested in the
BRP®Black Series™ Aluminized Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System with Single Side Exit, not least because it would work well with the Black Appearance Package on my Lariat 2019. But is there anything to their claims for boosting HP, torque, and MPG? Thanks in advance for any advice or comments!

Does anyone have any experience with Ford Performance Parts - Sport Exhaust System - Side Exit With Dual Black-Chrome Tips? All things being equal, I would always prefer to have parts through Ford Accessories and have my local Ford dealer install them. But is this system comparable to the others out there, such as the BRP®Black Series™ Aluminized Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System with Single Side Exit? Thanks in advance for your advice....
