Engine hose and connector

Can someone tell me what this hose and connector are and why there would be a light dusting of oil(moisture) around it? The orange connector.

Totally guessing but is that the recirculation/pvc for un burnt oil etc.?

Looks like one of the PCV connections. In fact, I think that's the same connector the UPR Dual Valve catch can connects to filter/collect when under heavy acceleration

Thanks for the responses. I tried finding an expanded engine diagram but haven’t had much luck.
