Ford pvc hose

I googled the part number but didn’t have much luck
Do I just need to call ford?
It’s the hose that you take off to install the ford performance oil separator
I want a spare in case something breaks on the oil separator since I can’t find individual parts for it

I would call Ford parts, due to the fact that there was a part number change on that tube, with and without the sensor mount port

I would call Ford parts to confirm but it appears that the current part numbers are:

KB3Z-6758-A - Tube (with) Sensor Mount (Build to 11/18/19)
KB3Z-6758-B - Tube (without) Sensor Mount (Build After 11/18/19)
