Can't really say much except that they should ride just fine. If anything you do het more side wall which means more comfort but it does get a little stiffer bing an LT tire vs a P rated tire.

Hope this helps.

It will ride rougher. E rated tires are for 3/4 -1ton trucks. Look at the load rating for tires they have a different system now days.

I've put E rated tires on lighter vehicles in the past. They can ride a little stiff but are not bad if you keep the tire pressure reasonable. Don't need 85 psi on a Ranger (or Jeep Wrangler)

The good thing is they hold up better off road. I've never killed one with a rock. I have managed to kill several P rated tires.

Probably the biggest down side for me is tire weight. They can weigh up to 10 pounds more than an equivalent P rated tire.

Not sure what I'll put on my Ranger yet. Maybe load range C or "Extra Load" tires.

Mine came with the Dueler A/T's and when they were removed I compared the sidewall structure of my new Falken's to the OE tires. Night and day difference. And I have P rated. I recommend those.
Ride good, less mass weight in rotation.
