Today in the garage I was wiping the bugs of the front of the truck with a wet paper towel. As I finished up the grill and was starting on the passenger side headlight, the DRL's gave a quick flash on/off. Almost like it was thanking me for getting the bugs off! I did not have the keyfob on me or anywhere near the truck, and it was unlocked. Seems odd to me.

Probably the alarm proximity sensors detecting you touching it. The Alarm settings are hidden on the Lariat's for some odd reason. However you can turn the option on with Forscan.
