did you have your key with you?
Mine only does it when i unlock the doors, and its the fuel pump priming.
i have no idea what else wakes up the computer to make it do it. for all i know, it could do it when the wifi checks for updates, or the camera picks up movement. who really knows.
it definately isnt a russion in moscow hacking your camera and planning on black mailling you as you work at your work bench in a mankini. you're safe there.
Yes, I occasionally notice electrical/mechanical noises coming from my parked truck. I cannot see any cause for them, but there are all kinds of sophisticated systems that must turn themselves on and off from time to time and on different schedules. Truck still runs great, and so I just leave it at that....Last Friday I arrived home from work, parked the truck in the garage and left for dinner with the wife in her vehicle. Upon returning home about 3 hours later I decide to do some work in the garage. While fiddling at my work bench I heard a sound coming from the truck, definitely an electrical relay type sound, about 5 seconds long, stayed out there for an hour or so more and did not hear the sound again. Was curious if any of you have noticed this, I have not had any fuel in the oil issues "Yet” and made me think perhaps the vehicle may be priming due to some software glitch? If not this, then what do you supposed the mystery sound was? By the way, I do have the ford app on my phone but it was not in the garage with me so it was not a case of hitting the door unlock button. Weird...
If that was only true...See, dampers do add hp/tq...(not to mention grow back hair on top of heads).
