Hello, newbie here. I have a 2020 XLT with dual zone climate control. On the driver's side, there is a clicking sound behind the dash when the AC runs. It's not constant and sometimes sporadic. It clicks for a good 15 seconds when I start the truck, then about every 15 seconds for the duration of my 20 minute drive to work. The hot/cold works fine and the air flows properly to each vent. Right now, it's just a click. I've attached a video. You'll have to turn it up to hear it.

The dealer said it's normal, but I don't think they actually did much troubleshooting other than scanning the computer. It just started happening about a month ago and I can't help but notice it now. Turning up the radio isn't a solution lol. I'm fearing this is the dreaded blend door actuator that's going to require the dashboard to be removed. I'd almost rather trade it in than do that.

Yes, I heard the clicking sound. What is your truck build date?

Mine is also 8/2020 at 28K miles. The A/C works just fine, but the passenger side is not getting enough cool air.

Hi,
I’ve had this exact sounding problem. Dealership couldn’t figure it out, and of course, couldn’t replicate it. Have you had any luck?!
