does anyone have this? side protection?

Took a picture...this appears to be some type of clear protection on my ranger...is this left over from delivery or is this normal on other rangers? Just curious...(see pic)

Mine has it. Believe it is designed to help with rock chips.

Not "left over". There to prevent paint chips from road rocks thrown up.

We all have that from the factory. To bad it’s not on the leading edge of the hood. I have tons of rock chips in my paint. Going to fix them this summer and then get it clear wrapped so I don’t have to do it again

Also - kinda intersting that it's BEFORE the back tire. You'd expect it to be after the tires. But I guess they want to sell the flaps for that. lol

Yeah, I saw that coming too...used my ford points for this...(I don't like the 'traditional' bug deflectors but really like this one).
