You'd certainly think not, but even though I handed them the bulletin in print, they wouldn't even consider trying to do the flash.
You probably have 10 to 12 Ford dealers in the Phoenix area. Maybe it is time to try a different dealer.

I've dealt with the two most local to me, and other than this issue am pleased with the service (Peoria Ford). Unlike the other dealer, they understand how to respect my privacy and not hound me to death on the phone.

Just to add on here that I really like my ranger so far and it's a good compromise between mileage, towing, size, bed capacity, and passenger capacity. You can point to anyone of those and say "Well, see, xyz vehicle is better there" and it totally will be, but you'll give up somewhere else. For work sometimes I drive an F250 and while I can pretty much tow the planet with it gets absolutely horrible mileage, turns like a tank, and I'm glad I don't have to pay for maintenance.
