De-badging

My truck is Sport package so almost all trim is black or magnetic. The Ecoboost emblem on the tailgate is chrome and sticks out to me. I found this on Fleabay and like the look better so I will replace mine.

By Odin's beard, that has absolutely got to be the worst dealer badge I have ever seen.. Ugh.. I'd of pulled it off right there at the dealership the second I took possession of the keys and handed it to the salesman...

was this emblem the same size? the only ones i'm seeing is for the f150, which is like an inch bigger than factory. I was just wondering! Also. has anyone tried vinyl overlays for the front and rear emblems?

I plasti dipped my emblems and then applied these custom vinyl decals over them. I thought if they looked terrible I could peel them right off. Having said that they look awesome!!

The Ex had an MB from a dealer up north from us. Had the dealer license plate frame. Went to the shop locally and they replaced with theirs. She raised holy hell with them for swapping it.
