Damaged Accessory Drive Belt from Splash Guard?

Hello,

Couple of days ago I noticed an odd sound when idling my Ranger '19. I noticed that the splash guard (link) was broken and has tilted into the drive belt. It was damaged on two sides. The plastic on the bottom was melted. There seems to be a surface level damage on the belt, but it does not look significant.

I am looking for advice. Do you think it is worth replacing the belt? The truck is at 55k miles.

Out of curiosity, do you know which components are powered by the serpentine belt? Search results suggest the Water Pump and Alternator, but information online is scarce.
