how is the active cruse control with that bumper
It's moved behind my grill. This topic seems to be consistently misunderstood. Unless there is explicitly an open slot left in the bumper like with the ARB then adaptive cruise will not work with an aftermarket bumper unless you move it. I see people asking a lot if ACC will work with a bumper or that they want a bumper that works with ACC. I would like to see a sticky made that basically says that ACC will need to be moved up behind the grill with every single aftermarket bumper with the exception of ARB. It's just the nature of the beast and isn't a big deal to move.

Zoom in, all parking sensors in tact, no loss of functionality.
I wasn't sold on the looks of the Ascent based on warns website, but seeing on on a truck is looks much better. It might contend with the ARB for me now.

Ughhhhh. I have lusted over a truck with ARB side bars for decades. And now I can do that!

But sadly I think I'd be better served by rock sliders.?

That’s awesome, I love the look and function of the bumper. Also, fwiw, there are holes where the brush guard would hit the bumper and they send you plugs. I’m about to rig up some bolts to hold my hi lift on the front bumper for trips when I might need it. Could also hold a light bar if you wanted.

You can have both, over here at least ARB sell matching rock sliders for the side rails. I imagine their US arm will do the same.

Over here it says they're not suitable to use as sliders :(

Edit- they sell an additional piece that acts as a slider??? :)

Early rendering of how it will look with the tube work and the real life prototype of just the lower section with boxed wings/sides. Production versions both boxed and hybrid/tubed wings coming soon.

Awesome thanks. The bars are the toughest part so they will come later than the final version of the lower section but they will also be removable. The whole thing is modular. Center section, wings (either boxed or tubed versions), upper center tube, upper side tubes. Mix and match to get the look/use you want.
