Did Ford charge you guys for this? I guess in general should I expect to get charged when taking my truck in for GSB's and TSB's(Technical Service bulletins?)

Nope! They should not, especially if you are under warranty.

In typical Ford dealer service department fashion, I complained about this and they just told me "it's normal". Instead of, you know, caring and seeing if there's something can do about it. Figures...
