Climate control, radio not working

Hi folks,

First time poster here. I’m hoping someone can solve the mystery that a Ford dealer can’t and an auto spark who’s had my 2015 Ford Ranger XL 3.2 diesel for a week can’t either.

I am getting no power to the function buttons on the climate control or the audio system. Only blue lights are working. The CD player works but now I can’t get my CD out because the buttons don’t work. I can control the radio and USB from the steering wheel and voice activation although some functions like pairing my phone is impossible because I need to use the screen.

nothing at all from the climate control.
also the indicators are flashing really fast in the cab but normally outside.

ive attached a service report from the dealer.

Meant to say buttons below the screen for pairing phone don’t work. The little screen has power and the hazard lights of course. Cheers, Pete
