Chime 2 Times

So every now and then I start driving and I hear a chime 2 times. I have no idea what is causing it. I am sure something flashes up but I never see it.

How do I find out what is causing it?

I think I found it. Navigation Chime. But cant figure out why its doing it. I havent even used or setup Ford Navigation.
